i didnt get to give my "awe-inspiring" speech properly just now.
so here it is.

ok GIRLS.
i have a SERIOUS problem.
i
cant
stop
thinking
about
FLOORBALL.
it's infecting my mind.
every waking moment and every sleeping moment, the only thing i can think about...
is FLOORBALL.
and i'm sure i am NOT alone.
i bet each and everyone of you is thinking about floorball 24/7.
so, WHY ON EARTH ARE WE THINKING ABOUT FLOORBALL and ONLY FLOORBALL, when we CLEARLY have studies to worry about too?

well, i believe it's the simple, ever so true fact that
we love floorball.
and with all the stress about A div being our first and last A div ever, about having no 2nd chances, i think we are forgetting why we love the game so much.
Think back to j1, why we choose to try out for floorball. the HUGE sense of relief when coach kenneth called out your number and said that you are in floorball.
the day you bought your stick =) and everyone got oh so excited!
Most importantly, remember how coach kenneth would lob the ball from one end of the court to the other and you had to go and chase that ball down and bring it back and 1v1 with your friend?
and we would do it for like ever and ever and it was SO DAMM TIRING.
but YET, after that we could still suck it up and play a 30 min game. all in the name of FUN!
like seriously, playing floorball to us is like, having a separate stomach for dessert!
there's no end to how long we can play floorball cause we simply LOVE it.

i also really meant what i said about the 'last' training thing.
it is NOT the last training. or rather, today WAS NOT the last training.
after the MI match, there will be other trainings. with very little time left, we need to squeeze every opportunity we have to better improve ourselves. USE THE INTERNET. MSN EACH OTHER. CREATE PLAYS. i am 300% sure that this will help to improve the communication within and between your pairs. you need to work together as a line and for that to be even possible, you need to be able to work with your partner. so go work on some plays, test it out during PE(for the j2s) , trainings and any other time you are free.
visualise you and your partner performing the play. imagine that you actually managed to get the goal in. do not underestimate the power of your mind. like how if you think you are going to fail, you will. similarly, if you believe and see yourself winning, you will definitely play better if not, at your best.

for a man to become great, he must remember his roots.
many of us were coached by coach kenneth when we were just beginners.
and if there is anything that i took away from his coaching is
"if you want the ball, go get it" and
"if you don't step out of your comfort zone, you will never improve".

there is a lack of a sense of urgency when we are playing on court.
when the playmakes pass the ball up to the forwards, the forwards are slowly jogging towards the ball. let me make this clear.
NO ONE IS GOING TO LET YOU TAKE YOUR OWN SWEET TIME TO GET THE BALL. especially since it's in their defensive half. you need to GET that ball, and shoot before their defenders pass the ball up. GET THE BALL, and get it fast.

girls, there's 2 days left to a div.
and i dont know about you, but i am HYPED UP.
i WANT TO WIN THIS.
and i want to win this BAD.

2 days left.
there's not much time to learn new tricks, but there is time to learn from our mistakes. coach kenneth once said "training is the time to make all the mistakes in your life" so that when you step onto the competition arena, you are ready and you will not make the same mistakes you did.
come on tj. the ground is set, the enemy is within sight and we will charge into the battlefield and come out winners.
